iPrestasi
The iPrestasi System is an integral part of performance management within the organization. Revision to the law and Government of Malaysia policies under the JPA act allows each agency to develop one or more performance appraisal systems for employees
The iPrestasi is a web-based system that enables a every personal within the organization submit their performance evaluation and key performance index form via internet or intranet. The system enables users submit the form to a centrally administered on-line database. The system automatically notifies the Liaison Officer of submission status for every personal in the organization
Key features of the system include:
- Completely web based: The only requirements are access to the World Wide Web and a web browser. No other hardware, software or technical skills are required
- On-line form: Online forms are a key component for this system. The form will be digitalized for online submission.
- On-line tracking system: System can be tracked to any submission status. Liaison Officer can search the personal that not yet submitted the form. The Online Asset Declaration System can also access on-line reports identifying the submission status for each personal from local or overseas
- On-line staff profile integration with HRMS: Online HRMS Database Integration provides the personal info from various department. This functionality can make every personal automatically get their profile
- On-line reminder: Internal engine will search the status of form submission and from the information reminder can be trigger to the staff via email
- Fully customized: Based on the need by each customer, iPrestasi can be customized according to the internal requirement
